The 2020 New Hampshire Beach Inspection Program is well underway. Unlike previous summers, the NHDES personnel are not available to collect and analyze the freshwater beach samples for bacteria throughout state due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
When it comes to potential sources of illness, COVID-19 has obviously been front-and-center recently—and, as a result of the pandemic, many offices, businesses, hotels and other facilities have been closed for several weeks.

While we are in the midst of uncertainty due to the COVID-19 virus, your friends at Eastern Analytical, Inc. want you to know we are considered an “essential business” and will be here to meet your needs and accept your samples. Eastern Analytical, Inc. remains operational, is currently fully staffed and shelves are stocked with lab supplies. The strict safety protocols we have put in place to keep customers and employees safe from COVID-19, are now routine.
Due to the impact COVID-19 is having on our employees, families, clients and vendors, we ask you to stay patient as we work to continue to send the highest quality data that you have come to expect from Eastern Analytical, Inc. At this time we are staying open but we ask you to be patient as we navigate through these unchartered waters. In the unlikely event we have to close, we will work hard to meet hold times but please understand it is our highest priority to keep our employees safe. We will do everything we can to communicate any closures to our clients.

For new employees or seasoned veterans, our training offers a variety of material including pre-project planning, sample collection, sample delivery and analyses, final reporting, available resources, and more.
