This course takes a scientific/engineering method approach to troubleshooting BOD analysis. Understanding the test method is the key to problem solving. We will review the QC requirements and identify the common glitches and discuss how to troubleshoot them. The course will develop preventative measures including: cross training, documentation required, and trend charting. BOD testing equipment will be displayed with dialogue of Do’s and Don’ts form lab experiences
