We take great effort to keep informed of pending and adopted rules, so we can pass that knowledge on and ensure the analytical scope of our client’s project requirements continue to be met.
This includes rules set forth by the State of New Hampshire such as Ambient Groundwater Quality Standards (AGQS), which were recently updated.
Beginning in January 2021, the New Hampshire Env-Or 603.03 amendment, lowering the Manganese AGQS from 840 ug/L (ppb) to 300 ug/L (ppb), went into effect.
