New Hampshire DWGB Regulatory Update: Lower Arsenic MCL Effective July 1, 2021

New Hampshire environmental professionals rely on Eastern Analytical, Inc.’s (EAI’s) laboratory testing expertise for their projects. We take great effort to keep informed of pending and adopted rules, so we can pass that knowledge on and ensure the analytical scope of our client’s project requirements continue to be met.

This includes rules set forth by the State of New Hampshire Drinking Water and Groundwater Bureau for water system compliance. The New Hampshire Env-Dw 704.02 amendment reducing the Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) of Arsenic from 0.010 mg/L to 0.005 mg/L goes into effect July 1, 2021.
